Pre-School Breakfast/Lunch Menu

ALL STUDENTS EAT FREE!

In classroom breakfasts include:
-1 cup 1% or fat free white milk
-1 cup fresh or frozen fruit or a
combination of 1/2 cup 100% juice and
1/2 cup fresh, frozen or canned fruit or
1/4 cup dried fruit
-Minimum 1oz whole grain item
-Minimum 1oz protein item

Cafeteria lunch includes:
-Full, fresh salad bar
-Cooked vegetable
-Fresh & canned fruits
-Minimum 2oz Whole Grain Item
-Minimum 2oz Protein Item
-1% and White and Chocolate Milk

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
